Boots On The Ground Service

Just recently got a property under contract? Need the locks changed and tons of photos taken? Need a full detailed inspection report with photos? We got you!

*Please note that our boots on the ground services are mainly for Columbus, OH and surrounding cities within 25 miles. We are able to do just about any property in the state of Ohio... but... pricing will be based on time and mileage for our guys to get out there and do the awesome job that they do. If your property is not in the Columbus area, please Contact Us.

What's Included:

• 25+ photos of the interior/exterior and overall property condition
• Full interior inspection with photos
• Full exterior inspection with photos (not including any area that would require a ladder)
• Lockout services can be provided(additional fee)
• Utility Meetings (if scheduled during our visit. If not, an additional fee will apply)
• In person contract signing (if scheduled during our visit. If not, additional fee will apply)

What's the process:

First, you must purchase this package, please be as accurate as possible with the selections that you make. After, you will receive a link to schedule the inspection. While scheduling this, you will have to fill out a form that gives us as much detail about the property and what exactly the goal is for us being there. Is it just for photos of a vacant house? Or do you need us to have the seller sign your agreement because they are expecting to meet someone in person. We strive to deliver the best service, so the more information we know-the more we can help!

Once we have all of our information we will confirm the appointment and reach out if we need additional information. 

Inspection day comes! We will arrive at our set time frame, complete the tasks that you've hired us to do- once we have completed the inspection/visit, give us about 24 hours to get the full report over to you. Most of the time we are able to get the report emailed to you within a few hours. 

PSA: Our package comes as a bundle, we do not break down our package to a specific request such as "exterior pictures only, can I get a better price". If some of the offerings do not work for the certain property you're submitting, we won't include them. The price will stay the same- this just makes it easier and more streamlined for everyone involved.
